Suzanne F. McNeely, MSW, CMC, CLPF, NGC
President, Founder

Suzanne founded Senior Planning Services in 1989 with the vision of helping the elderly and disabled live safely and with comfort and dignity, by offering expert advice and advocacy and capable, compassionate care. As a medical social worker, hospital administrator and licensed California Professional Fiduciary with over 30 years experience, Suzanne's knowledge spans the scope of elder care, including the legal, financial, health care and psychosocial issues that arise as we age. She has served with many professional and civic organizations including Jane Adams Hull House, the Alzheimer’s Association, Conservatorship and Advocacy Program and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is a national author and speaker on issues of legal capacity, elder care and long term care planning.
Jacquelyn (Jackie) Quinn, PhD, CLPF, NGC
Professional Fiduciary, Geriatric Care Manager

Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, double Major in Business Administration and Psychology from Antioch University prior to receiving her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Psychology from Saybrook Graduate School. Jackie has been in the estate planning and administration fields since 1982. In 1994, she established a financial management firm offering a broad range of services including accounts payable, daily money management, financial statements, trust accounting, trust administration, insurance-related forms and client advocacy. Jackie is a licensed California Professional Fiduciary and has acted as a conservator, a private trustee and executor and has been appointed as agent under powers of attorney for finance and health care. She is a member of the Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse Prevention Council of Santa Barbara County and the Santa Barbara County Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST). Her volunteer work includes the Cancer Center and the Arthritis Foundation.
Ellen Fitzgerald
Executive Assistant/Daily Money Manager

Ellen joined the staff of Senior Planning Services in February 2006 after retiring as a Department/Program Analyst from the Santa Barbara County Social Services Department and previously working in Social Services in Ohio. Ellen is the Executive Assistant to the President, Suzanne F. McNeely and is also a Daily Money Manager in our Fiduciary Department.
